We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All included components, instructions, and accessories must be returned.
- Perishable items, such as liquid culture or live mushroom spawn, are not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us immediately.
- Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Our team will provide you with a unique RA number and instructions on how to complete your return.
- Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you’re returning.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
