1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All included components, instructions, and accessories must be returned.
  • Perishable items, such as liquid culture or live mushroom spawn, are not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us immediately.
  • Custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Our team will provide you with a unique RA number and instructions on how to complete your return.
  3. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you’re returning.

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
